Frequently Asked Questions

- How many design request can be made each month?

There’s no limit to how many services you can ask for each month. Each task is addressed one at a time.

- What is the usual turn around time per task?

Most services can be done within 2-3 days. However more complex serviced can take longer.

- How is service requested?

Once your subscription is finalized a Trello Board will be assigned, there you will be able to upload sketches and files and track the progression of your projects.

- How many revisions are allowed per order?

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your projects. So there is no limit to the revisions per project, with the understanding that extra time will be needed.

- What software is used?

Autocad is our primary tool for drafting and layouts. Autodesk Inventor is used for modeling and rendering. CorelDraw is used for graphics layouts for sign and awning renderings.

- Why should I choose LC Design Services?

LC Design Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of LC Fabricating, Inc. We are a Sub S Corporation with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Our designers have extensive experience in architectural design Autocad and Autodesk Inventor.

- What if I only have a single project request?

We already offer the "Single home print package" (see our package deals). If you have other specialized requests please feel free to email us using the link at the bottom of the page.

- Are refunds available if I do not like the service?

Refunds are not offered, but you can cancel or pause the subscription at any time.
